Position Overview
Join the Future Workforce team at Siemens Digital Industries Software and help shape the future of digital skills development.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling marketing content that communicates the value of microcredentials to students, academic institutions, and enterprise customers—including case studies, blog posts, webinars, and customer testimonials
- Support customer pilot programs by coordinating outreach to academic partners and enterprise clients, gathering feedback, and documenting success stories that demonstrate program impact
- Analyze engagement and program data to measure pilot success, track adoption metrics, and provide actionable insights that inform go-to-market strategy and product improvements
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize key performance indicators, engagement trends, and pilot program outcomes for stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and customer success strategies
- Research competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and inform pricing and positioning strategies for microcredential offerings
- Support event execution and promotion including webinars, conferences, and design challenges that showcase microcredentials and engage target audiences
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (junior or senior preferred) in Business, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling content for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to learn new tools quickly (Power BI, Salesforce, Monday.com or similar platforms)
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment
