About the role
Provide support to Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management. Closely collaborate with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits.
Responsibilities
- Deliver market, supplier, and operational intelligence of services operations.
- Identify and lead appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
- Perform periodic market trend analysis in specific categories; analyze supplier base and industry changes.
- Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client-ready form.
- Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.
- Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
- Provide management, instruction, and follow-up for operations teams' RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
- Convert supplier proposals into comprehensive and relevant scope of work.
- Create and execute RFPs, provide detailed bid leveling, analysis, and educated supplier recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint; present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
- Establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual compliance and formal review/approval.
- Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with Operations teams and project-specific personnel to assure client and customer satisfaction.
- Participate and provide leadership in Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
- Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.
Requirements
- Understand the complexities associated with facility management, sourcing, and vendor management at retail locations.
- Ability to work Eastern Standard or Central Time hours.
- Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
