Strategic Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in identifying and evaluating new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all sourcing activities align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Develop and maintain supplier databases
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with SAP or similar procurement software is a plus
