Strategic Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in identifying and evaluating new suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of materials and services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendations for contract negotiations
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
