Strategic Sourcing Manager, External Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement supply base strategy, including assessing and developing suppliers.
• Benchmarking, leading RFP activity and driving the qualification/implantation of new suppliers.
• Manage supplier governance, including supplier performance auditing.
• Direct oversight of $75M+ in spend.
• Strategic sourcing for contract manufacturing
• Develop and implement contract manufacturing sourcing strategy
• Identify and develop a supply base
• Recommend business allocation
• Manage price, supply, service, legal and intellectual property risks
• Forecast price volatility, define means to protect the business against the volatility and manage variance
• Identify and deliver cost savings initiatives and cash improvements
• Drive supply chain optimization
• Supplier relationship management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience
• A passion for developing strong relationships with supplier and cross functional stakeholders both domestically and internationally
• Bachelor's degree at a minimum

Pay

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00.
