Penn Play is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process transactions and resolve issues related to rewards programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with account management
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
