Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the company solution narrative for Oracle accounts
- Lead strategic solution conversations with customer leadership and Oracle counterparts
- Drive revenue through high-value joint plays in your accounts
- Generate new pipeline and revenue through Oracle partnership-led motions
- Build and maintain relationships with Oracle field counterparts
- Collaborate on joint account plans with the company Account Executives
- Engage with Oracle teams during active Fusion migrations to embed the company solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in enterprise software sales, alliance, value engineering, or enterprise consulting with strong sales acumen
- Direct experience in the Oracle ecosystem: Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS, OCI, or related
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end transformation narratives with customer executives
- Understanding of ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience in partner-led go-to-market motions with measurable joint pipeline outcomes
- Able to influence executive stakeholders in complex sales cycles
- Executive presence, credibility, and ability to engage with C-suite and GSI partners
