Position Overview
The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for driving net-new business across a defined U.S. territory. This role focuses on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and partner-influenced opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a territory strategy focused on new business development
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Develop relationships with executive-level decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams and channel partners to drive revenue
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue in Salesforce
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of quota-carrying SaaS new business sales experience
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota (100%+)
- Experience closing mid-market or enterprise-level deals
- Proven ability to sell to C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline development skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar sales methodologies
- Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS environments
- Channel or partner sales experience

Additional Information
- Travel requirement: approximately 20% for events and partner engagement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay
Salary range: $100,000 USD - $200,000 USD
