Essential Functions
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size strategic accounts, providing product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Drive daily customer engagement, presenting selling ideas, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities.
- Follow up on quotes, high-value orders, and merchandising needs to support revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer experiences.
- Document activities in CRM, analyze customer trends, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Represent BEL Promo at regional events, trade shows, and customer visits as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a field sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnight travel, based on business needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
