Professional Experience Requirements
- Education: Degree in project management, information technologies, or equivalent work experience
- Certification or experience with PERT project management methodology
- Preference for experience within the warehouse distribution industry
- Experience with managing ERP migrations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects to successful completion
Work Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager
Professional Skills
- Proficient in Office 365 applications
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated skill and solid expertise in project planning, management, and reporting
- Efficient in time management and prioritizing tasks with the ability to efficiently see numerous tasks through to completion
- Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across executive, operational, and technical teams
- Ability to navigate competing priorities and drive consensus among cross-functional teams
