Responsibilities
- Lead multi-million-dollar AI data projects end-to-end.
- Build strong relationships with researchers and teams at leading AI labs.
- Coordinate and manage 1,000+ distributed contributors.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve workflows, quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Manage urgent customer requests and deliver consistently under demanding timelines.
- Provide clear reporting and proactively resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting, finance, startups, operations, or another high-performance environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, pressure, and multiple priorities.
- Strong customer-facing presence and a high level of ownership.
- Someone who enjoys hands-on execution and process optimization.
- NOTE: This is an operations-focused role, not a traditional strategy, product, or GTM position.
