Strategic Program Manager (Cloud Transformation Lead)

About The Team
Solifi is building a Cloud Transformation capability within the Customer organization, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. This role ensures enterprise customers successfully migrate to and operate in the cloud, with predictable outcomes, reduced risk, and strong long-term adoption. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Sales, Support, and external partners to deliver scalable and repeatable migration outcomes for complex, enterprise-level customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of Solifi's most important cross-functional cloud migration programs and strategic customer initiatives.
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, milestones, governance structures, decision frameworks, and expected customer outcomes.
- Partner with executive sponsors and functional leaders to establish clear ownership, accountability, and escalation paths.
- Drive execution across distributed teams while maintaining alignment, transparency, urgency, and momentum.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issue resolution.
- Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and expected outcomes.
- Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to executive leadership on status, risks, dependencies, customer impact, and business value.
- Translate cloud migration strategy into executable roadmaps with clear workstreams, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Build a center of excellence focused on repeatable processes and refining execution through lessons learned.
- Coordinate cross-functional activity across Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
- Define governance and playbooks around customer readiness, adoption, business continuity, value realization, and long-term success.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to define clear customer outcomes, success measures, and migration KPIs that guide execution and demonstrate progress.
- Engage directly with customers, as appropriate, to build confidence in the migration approach, reinforce alignment on outcomes, and ensure customer concerns are understood and addressed.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Chief Customer Officer and executive leadership on critical customer migration initiatives.
- Lead strategic analyses related to migration readiness, customer segmentation, program prioritization, operating models, resourcing, risks, and value realization.
- Prepare executive-level recommendations supported by data, operational insight, financial considerations, and customer impact.
- Facilitate discussions among senior leaders to align on priorities, tradeoffs, decisions, and execution commitments.
- Design and maintain a lightweight program management framework that improves execution quality without creating unnecessary complexity.
- Develop and manage governance processes, dashboards, milestone tracking, risk logs, dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure strategic programs maintain clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, success criteria, and decision points.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, urgency, and execution excellence across the cloud migration portfolio.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, prioritization, operating rhythms, customer communication, and cross-functional execution processes.
- Standardize successful practices and frameworks that can be scaled across future migration programs and strategic initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, customer success operations, management consulting, transformation, or related fields.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, and business functions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, business case development, KPI, and executive reporting skills.
- Exceptional project and program management capabilities, including governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to connect internal execution to customer outcomes and business value.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced business degree.
- Experience within SaaS, software, technology, fintech, or recurring revenue businesses.
- Experience supporting cloud migration, customer transformation, enterprise implementation, or complex customer delivery programs.
- Management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, private equity portfolio operations, or operating model experience.
- Familiarity with KPI development, operational performance management, strategic planning, and executive governance processes.
