Strategic Partnerships Program Manager
About the role
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

- Partner with legal, finance, commercial, and contracting teams to drive RFPs and contract negotiations, ensuring our external partnerships are tightly linked to our internal operational needs.
- Manage the lifecycle of these key accounts.
- Act as the central point of contact, ensuring vendors stay aligned with Google's evolving technical standards and safety protocols as we scale.
- Operate with a high degree of leadership, quarterbacking deals across cross-functional teams to create and execute processes that ensure our operational footprint scales efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations.
- Experience in vendor management, partnerships, or commercial contract alignment.
