About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and secure new health system partnerships
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting to successful launch
  • Build executive connections with key stakeholders to form long-term partnerships
  • Navigate complex organizations to align values and strategies with health systems
  • Maintain knowledge of the territory's health system dynamics and partnership opportunities
  • Implement systematic approaches for territory planning and pipeline management
  • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and closing enterprise partnerships with health systems or complex healthcare providers
  • Proven track record in sourcing, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Experience building executive relationships across health system executives and clinical stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, referral patterns, and access challenges in behavioral health
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior healthcare leaders

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
