Strategic Partner Manager Graduate (TikTok Shop - Partner) - 2027 Start (MBA)

About the role

As part of our team, you will help scale the #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt phenomenon and pioneer Content & Creator commerce in the US. We are an entrepreneurial team passionate about shaping the future of shopping, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join us in building an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage a roster of creators or creator agencies, providing end-to-end support on operations including data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
• Incubate creators with e-commerce selling capabilities and uplift their gross merchandising value to a substantial scale.
• Generate best practices, learnings, and insights for sharing across the team.

Requirements

• Individuals completing or who have recently completed an MBA degree.
• Good understanding of live streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Interest in e-commerce business; internship experience in e-commerce or a solid understanding of the industry landscape is a plus.
• Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce (brand and/or platform-side) is highly preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $102,600 – $143,640 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package, which may also include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
