What You’ll Do
- Advise on enterprise-level workforce planning and succession strategies.

Program Development + Delivery
- Create inclusive, culturally aligned talent programs focused on retention, development, and engagement.
- Lead the design and implementation of career pathing, mentorship initiatives, and leadership acceleration.

Business Partnership + Change
- Serve as a trusted advisor across leadership levels to enable enterprise alignment.
- Facilitate organizational development, design, and change management initiatives.

Compliance + Conflict Resolution
- Navigate complex cultural and organizational dynamics with diplomacy and integrity.
- Lead impartial investigations and resolve conflict with fairness and cultural sensitivity.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, GRA requirements, and internal policies.

What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a strategic HR role; 2+ years in generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in performance consulting or organizational strategy.
- Experience in workforce planning, performance consulting, or organizational strategy preferred.
- A strong communicator, coach, and influencer across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Skilled in applying data and insights to drive equitable, strategic solutions.
- Ability to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
- Responsibility for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR’s).
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.
