The mission of the Global Partnerships Sellside Monetization team is to fund the world's information by enabling digital platforms, properties and content creators. We maximize the revenue publishers get from their ad inventory, and connect them to demand in a way that is safe for users and advertisers. Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize business growth for Google and our partners at scale and keep partners up-to-date on various Google products, features and optimizations.
  • Work with a variety of teams at Google (e.g. Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure your partners have access to the product experts and resources they need to succeed.
  • Become a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and by providing exceptional partner service.
  • Sources opportunities and helps your partners implement strategies that address their business objectives.
  • Create an engagement strategy driving across channels by leveraging scaled tools and influencing large partner sets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with advanced degree, experience in Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries, experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management, experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master's degree in a related field, 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role, experience leading and closing complex partnership deals, experience in ads monetization, Mobile app and gaming publishing, mobile app services and ad sales, strong analytical and financial modeling skills, ability to assess partnership opportunities and develop business cases, excellent communication skills, ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Pay

US: $112000 - $162000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
