About the Role

The Strategic Market Development Account Executive serves as Eventus WholeHealth's rapid deployment growth resource responsible for protecting revenue, stabilizing provider caseloads, recovering lost business, accelerating market penetration, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across priority markets. This role is deployed into targeted geographies experiencing loss of business, provider capacity challenges, competitive threats, new market launches, or enterprise growth opportunities. The individual will operate independently while partnering closely with Sales, Clinical Operations, Provider Recruiting, and Executive Leadership to restore revenue, strengthen provider productivity, and build sustainable growth pipelines.

Success in this role will be defined by annualized revenue recovery, provider caseload stabilization, market penetration, strategic growth initiatives, and successful transition of opportunities back to territory ownership once objectives have been achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy into priority markets experiencing loss of business, provider productivity challenges, competitive threats, or strategic growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute market recovery and penetration plans designed to restore annualized revenue and provider productivity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with facility leadership, regional operators, corporate stakeholders, and referral sources.
  • Support provider retention efforts through stabilization of census and caseload productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Integrated Care, Medical Directorship, and future service line expansion.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Provider Recruiting to align provider capacity with growth opportunities.
  • Support market launches, strategic initiatives, enterprise opportunities, and Multi-Unit Operator growth efforts as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline within assigned deployment markets.
  • Assist with competitive displacement strategies and re-engagement of former customers.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations regarding competitive activity, provider needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM documentation, forecasting, and opportunity management are maintained accurately.
  • Successfully transition recovered or developed opportunities back to assigned territory ownership following stabilization.
  • Participate in executive reviews, market assessments, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Performance Expectations

The Strategic Market Development Account Executive will be assigned quarterly deployment objectives focused on:

Objectives will be established and approved quarterly by Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years healthcare business development experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing new markets and territories from inception through maturity.
  • Proven history of recovering lost business and re-establishing market presence.
  • Experience working with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, behavioral health, physician services, post-acute care, or related healthcare organizations preferred.
  • Strong understanding of complex healthcare sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.

  • Remain informed of any changes to applicable laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Promptly report any non-compliant conduct and/or practices to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
  • Ensure adherence to Eventus WholeHealth's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
  • Perform job duties with integrity and professionalism.
  • Promptly report any unethical conduct and/or practices.
  • Strictly protect patient information in accordance with all federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth policies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing job duties.
  • Ensure all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are safeguarded and maintained confidentially.
  • Participate in all assigned training and complete it by the deadline.
  • Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively to mitigate them.
  • Promptly report any incidents as defined in the “Incident Report Policy” to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
