About the role

This in-office role is for a Strategic Home Care Agency Recruiter with direct healthcare recruiting experience. You will be responsible for finding exceptional talent, solving hiring challenges, and shaping the future of recruiting at BrightStar Care of Central DuPage/Wheaton, one of the busiest offices nationwide. This position involves proactive candidate sourcing in the community and nursing schools, leveraging AI and emerging technology to enhance the hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding/orientation
• Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards
• Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire
• Stay connected to recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Serve as a champion for AI-powered recruiting tools and automation initiatives
• Help optimize candidate engagement, scheduling, communication, and recruiting workflows through technology
• Analyze recruiting data and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes
• Build relationships within the community through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach

Requirements

• Recruiting and talent acquisition experience
• Experience in sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology preferred
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or recruiting innovation strongly preferred
