About the role
A Strategic Growth Partner (SGP) at Compass International Holdings is responsible for driving net-new pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team. This role involves educating agents on the benefits of contributing to the Strategic Growth of Compass, identifying potential agents, and ultimately becoming a Strategic Growth Manager.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic inbound and outbound efforts.
- Outreach directly to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods.
- Articulate the value proposition of Compass’s technology, marketing, culture, and growth to create qualified opportunities.
- Partner with agents to identify referral opportunities and transition them to a Strategic Growth Manager for full-cycle closing.
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers and Team Leaders to develop successful prospecting strategies.
- Drive engagement with leads through creative follow-up communications.
- Analyze addressable markets in nascent geographies and create demand for Compass’s disruptive technology.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and refine new processes and strategies.
- Document all activities within the CRM for flawless data management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance.
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills; a natural leader with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment, solve problems without direct supervision, and navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to lead client meetings and presentations.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $38.46–$43.27 per hour ($80,000–$90,000 annualized), with an annual target bonus of $10K-$15K and uncapped bonus potential. There is also participation in incentive programs which may include eligible cash, equity, or commissions.
Schedule
This role is based in the Sacramento, CA office and is an onsite position.
