About the Role
The Strategic Graphic Design Consultant supports attorneys, experts, Fortune 500 executives and litigation teams by developing compelling visual presentations for high-stakes disputes, investigations, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Working closely with clients and case teams, this professional transforms complex facts, evidence, technical concepts, and expert analyses into persuasive visual communications that strengthen case strategy and improve audience understanding. In addition to litigation matters, the role may support strategic communications, executive presentations, and other high-impact client engagements.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop demonstrative exhibits, trial graphics, timelines, presentations, data visualizations, animations, and other visual communication materials for litigation and dispute-related matters.
- Collaborate with attorneys, experts, consultants, and clients to create persuasive visual strategies that communicate case themes, evidence, and complex technical or financial information.
- Support trial preparation, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, witness examinations, and courtroom presentations, often under demanding deadlines.
- Ensure all visual deliverables are accurate, compelling, and aligned with client objectives and case strategy.
- Travel to client locations, trial sites, and client events as needed, sometimes extensive.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Information Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in litigation graphics, trial consulting, visual communications, graphic design, or a related professional services environment.
- Expert level experience in PowerPoint required; strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other presentation, design, and visualization technologies preferred.
- Strong visual communication, project management, and client service skills, with the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
