Strategic Financial Analyst - Corporate Strategy & Development

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst - Corporate Strategy & Development to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a key financial advisor to senior leadership on strategic initiatives that shape growth, investment, and long-term value creation. The position will partner closely with the CEO and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate M&A opportunities, support pricing and monetization strategy, and translate business decisions into clear financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial partner to the CEO on strategic initiatives
• Lead M&A analysis, including financial modeling and due diligence
• Develop market sizing frameworks and investment theses for product introductions
• Own pricing strategy analytics and monetization models
• Construct and maintain financial models supporting go-to-market decisions
• Translate strategic investments into quantifiable financial outcomes
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly reforecasts for key financial metrics
• Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

• B.A. in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics from an accredited institution
• 7+ years in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Prior experience in a private equity-owned or PE-backed company strongly preferred
• Public accounting or investment banking experience preferred
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company preferred

Pay

$128,000 – $170,000 annually
