About the role

Rippling is looking to hire a high potential Senior Associate to serve as a business partner to Rippling’s G&A functions, support our long-range planning work, & contribute to select strategic initiatives. This role will have high visibility with senior leadership and sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with functional leadership, cross-functional partners, and colleagues across the Finance organization to support date-driven decision making
  • Create financial models from scratch to size business initiatives and the investment required to achieve them in order to help business leaders make ROI-based trade-offs
  • Partner with G&A leadership to develop and monitor headcount and vendor spend to ensure that the company’s financial plan remains on track
  • Support Rippling’s long-range planning activities, contributing to strategic analysis related to fundraising, capital structure, and liquidity-related planning

Requirements

  • 4+ years of finance experience. Previous career experience in banking or investing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills. This includes the ability to create financial models from scratch and an interest in conducting deep dive analysis to better understand key business drivers.
  • Self-starter. This individual should feel comfortable operating in a high growth environment, with a desire to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with limited guidance.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams across the company. Strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with non-financial audiences.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SQL are a plus but are not required.

Pay

The pay range for this role is: 102,000 - 161,000 USD per year (US Tier 1)

Schedule

This role will be based out of either the New York or San Francisco offices.
