What You’ll Do

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment between financial goals and day-to-day execution.
• Drive financial visibility by owning reporting, forecasting, KPI setting, and board-ready communications.
• Lead strategic projects that require both financial rigor and operational follow-through — from building models to coordinating implementation across teams.
• Step into critical gaps in company operations: streamline processes, improve internal systems, and ensure execution on key initiatives.
• Act as a force multiplier for leadership by tackling high-priority projects (strategic finance, operations, or special projects) and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Setpoint provides purpose-built capital and technology to asset-backed borrowers and lenders. Our platform is the funding operating system for originators: it verifies and stores documents; automates critical calculations and compliance reporting; and digitizes assets like homes or cars. Setpoint’s technology makes warehouse transactions instant and error-free. Pay

$135,000 - $145,000 OTE dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
