Strategic Finance Analyst

About the role

Cambia is seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) located in Portland, Medford, Fargo, Boise, Lewiston or Salt Lake City. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of the office location.

Responsibilities

• Builds budgets, forecasts, conducts variance analysis and reporting
• Prepares financial analysis and support such as cost-benefit, return on investment and capital resource analysis for new business opportunities, proposals, contracts, or product development
• Supports cost savings and process improvement efforts
• Provides financial governance and oversight
• Delivers basic presentations to group or team
• Develops financial models and analysis using advanced analytical techniques and complex financial systems
• Plans, organizes, schedules, coordinates and monitors basic work streams
• Provides training or consulting expertise to other departments, analysts and external stakeholders
• Provides informal leadership if needed, occasionally suggests improvements to unit work flow/processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics or statistics
• CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA, along with health insurance experience preferred
• 2-4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Environment

No unusual working conditions. Work primarily performed in office environment.

Pay and Schedule

Oregon, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $69,700.00 – $94,300.00, the full salary range is $65,000.00 – $107,000.00 and the bonus target is 10%.

North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $65,986.69 - $89,276.11, the full salary range is $59,716.46 - $95,546.34.
