About the role

Charlie Health offers virtual substance use disorder and eating disorder treatment programs in select states. Professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independent practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders and eating disorders.
• Collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data.
• Participate in higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice in the state where the position is located.
• Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and/or eating disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in video conferencing tools and software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders and eating disorders.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
