Strategic Development Manager
Role And Responsibilities
Candidate should reside in the West - ideally, CA, AZ or NV.
Develop and execute a strategic approach to sell and retain customers in mid-tier dealer groups (defined as groups with between 5-29 stores) in your region.
You will be responsible for new business growth in the mid-tier dealer groups from a group level.
Your territory will consist of a predetermined list of targetable dealer groups.
You will execute a top-down strategy to drive new business growth through group-level relationships.
You will need to work seamlessly with your Business Development and Dealer Relations peers to build and nurture growth within the mid-tier dealer groups in your territory.
The ability to align team objectives, stay adaptable in changing market conditions, and build cross-functional collaboration with your peers will be critical to success.
Professional Qualifications
- 7+ years SaaS sales experience, with particular experience in Enterprise and new business sales.
- Previous success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers and sales cycles of 6+ months.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations for Executive levels within dealer groups.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organizations.
- Experience working with financial and data analytics for measuring dealer performance.
- Good working knowledge of partner ecosystem within Automotive space.
- Experience working with dealer groups within assigned region.
