About the role
Build and deepen executive relationships with our most strategic customers to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions. Add value and be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution. Provide our most strategic accounts with tailored GTM offerings purpose-built for innovation and strategic acceleration (e.g., AI Codesign, AI Threat Defense). Pioneer new commercial models that redefine industry standards, securing transformational partnerships and deals that integrate the entire Google Cloud product suite into the customer's core business.
Lead and manage entire business-cycles (i.e., presenting multi-year agreements to CEO and C-level executives).
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen executive relationships with our most strategic customers to help influence their long-term technology and business decisions.
- Add value and be viewed as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.
- Provide our most strategic accounts with tailored GTM offerings purpose-built for innovation and strategic acceleration (e.g., AI Codesign, AI Threat Defense).
- Pioneer new commercial models that redefine industry standards, securing transformational partnerships and deals that integrate the entire Google Cloud product suite into the customer's core business.
- Lead and manage entire business-cycles (i.e., presenting multi-year agreements to CEO and C-level executives).
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in quota carrying software sales and account management at an enterprise B2B software company, selling to enterprise accounts.
- Preferred qualifications: 20 years of experience selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software with a track record in exceeding business goals.
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
- Industry knowledge specific to the prospects/customers being covered.
- Ability to influence decisions at the executive level.
- Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
- Track record of success with large complex commercial and legal facilitations, working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.

Benefits
- Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
- US: $176000 - $244000 (USD) + 150% bonus target + equity + benefits.
