Strategic Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Tax practice, focusing on tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio, including Fortune 100 companies and emerging businesses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating on income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations
• Managing multiple client engagements and leading teams of tax professionals
• Building and maintaining client relationships, providing high-quality tax advice
• Overseeing engagement risks, budgets, billing, and collections
• Contributing to market growth and business activities

Qualifications

• Minimum five years (Senior Manager) or eight years (Manager) of corporate tax experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, or JD/LLM
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, consolidations, and tax provisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience managing client teams and mentoring staff (Senior Manager)
