We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse posting.
Job description: "AECOM's West Region Strategic Communications Group is looking for a senior-level communications specialist in the role of Strategic Communications Specialist III possessing a strong technical focus to lead communications on major transportation projects moving into construction. This role will be a full-time in office role, co-located with one of our largest clients in Phoenix, AZ."
That's about the role. So we can have
.
Qualifications: there is "Qualifications Minimum Requirements:" then bullet list? Actually they list Minimum Requirements: BA/BS degree with 4+ years... then Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree... etc. We'll treat as Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have "Qualifications" section with Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. Also there is "Additional Information" containing relocation, sponsorship, etc. Not needed.
We have "About AECOM" description of company; not needed as per headings? Could be "About the role" only. There's also "What makes AECOM a great place to work" but that's fluff; maybe we can ignore as not specific? It's generic but could be considered Benefits? But we should only include sections if posting has real specific content. The "What makes AECOM a great place to work" is generic fluff; maybe we skip.
We have compensation range: "Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $65000 to $115000." Also later "Compensation: USD 65000 - USD 115000 - yearly". So we have Pay section.
We have schedule? Not explicitly; only "full-time in office role". That's schedule? Could be considered Schedule: full-time, in-office. But we need specific content; we have "full-time in office role". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that.
Benefits: there is "About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits..." then list of benefits. That's specific enough. So we can include Benefits section.
Skills: there are many skill mentions: WordPress, Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, technical writing, etc. Could be Skills section. But we might combine into Qualifications? The instruction says we can have Skills section if content. We'll extract skills: Familiarity with WordPress/CMS, intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with Adobe suite, technical writing, ability to translate technical info, managing website CMS, developing PowerPoint decks, document formatting, brand cleanup, coordinating graphic displays, planning logistics, etc. That's many. We'll create Skills section with bullet list.
Requirements: maybe we treat Minimum Requirements as Requirements. We'll have Requirements section with bullet list: BA/BS degree with 4+ years relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications etc. We'll have Qualifications section with bullet list.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
We must remove boilerplate like EEO, confidentiality, etc. Also remove "Additional Information", "About AECOM", "What makes AECOM a great place to work", "ReqID", etc.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, qualifications, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no or , no markdown fences.
Let's structure:
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse posting.

This role will be a full-time in office role, co-located with one of our largest clients in Phoenix, AZ."
That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with paragraph(s) containing that description.
Responsibilities: list bullet points after "Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:" then many bullet-like sentences. We'll put each as
