Responsibilities

  • Lead client teams to develop and execute end-to-end experience-centric change management strategies for large transformation initiatives.
  • Diagnose organizational readiness, design integrated change plans, and translate business strategies into actionable narratives and execution plans.
  • Advise senior leaders on change risks, facilitate leadership alignment, and establish KPIs tied to business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key executives, contribute to the development of change management methodologies, and manage the full lifecycle of business development opportunities.
  • Manage scope, budget, resources, and oversee delivery quality, mentoring junior consultants, and incorporating AI and workforce data analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum five years of experience in Change Management or Organizational Development, with three years in advisory services preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience in business transformation projects such as AI adoption, Digital/ERP, M&A, and outsourcing.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Experience managing portfolios, mentoring teams, and balancing priorities.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; travel flexibility required.
