Strategic Business Analysis Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Business Analysis Manager to join our Rexel USA team. This is a remote position based in Georgia. The Strategic Business Analysis Manager leads strategic, data-driven business analysis to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and cost optimization initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. Partnering with executive and cross-functional stakeholders, this role translates strategy into measurable KPIs, requirements, and actionable roadmaps while guiding technology-enabled programs and change efforts. The position also establishes standards for data governance and reporting and develops field-ready tools and resources to improve execution and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business analysis initiatives to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, cost optimization opportunities, and business transformation recommendations aligned with corporate objectives
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives, business requirements, KPIs, and actionable roadmaps
• Drive data-driven decision processes through analytics and insights focused on business performance, market trends, customer behavior, and financial metrics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Establish business standards around data management and deployment through best practices, analytical frameworks, governance standards, and reporting processes that improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes
• Manage cross-functional technology projects and strategic programs
• Develop local, field-usable technology resources
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in strategic business analysis & planning, executive partnering & stakeholder management, data & analytics for decision-making, finance/business case work, technology project management, data management standards & governance, and change management
• High School or GED – Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree – Preferred (Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics/Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred)
