Business DevelopmentFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. No job title heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. Job Overview: includes description. Could be "About the role". Provide prose. Major Duties Include... => Responsibilities. Required Qualifications => Requirements? Actually Required Qualifications is qualifications. Desired Qualifications maybe Skills? But we have separate sections: Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. We have Required Qualifications (list). Desired Qualifications (list). Also "Telework Yes, this position is eligible for situational telework; as determined by agency policy" maybe Benefits? Not exactly benefit but could be under Benefits? But we only include sections if real specific content. Telework is a benefit-like detail. Could put under Benefits. Pay: Not mentioned. Schedule: Not mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule sections. We also have additional info: Resume requirement, transcript, etc. That's application instructions; we should remove application instructions per rule. So drop that. Also "Open to current AFRL civilian employees only" etc. That's metadata; we can fold into short p. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Let's extract substantive content: - Opening: OPEN TO CURRENT AFRL CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES ONLY. Accepting submissions until 11:45 PM EST, 24 September 2026. AFRL’s Technology Transition Office (TTO) seeks to hire a Strategic Advisor within the Enterprise Integration Division. Position at DO-04 (GS-15 equivalent) located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Division description... etc. We need to keep all that. Let's craft About the role paragraph summarizing but not inventing; we must preserve all substantive information, not summarize away detail. That means we cannot omit details; we need to keep them. However we can rephrase but must keep all info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we cannot drop any detail; we must keep everything. But we can rephrase? Probably we can keep sentences as is, but we need to output HTML with

for prose. We could keep the original paragraphs but split into

tags. Thus we need to include all details from the posting except boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). So we need to identify and remove those. Also remove Requisition Number and Posting End Date? Those are metadata; rule says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include them in a short p maybe. But we could drop them as minor metadata. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we could include a short p with that info. However we also need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to keep all substantive information: that includes the opening eligibility, deadline, location, division description, duties, qualifications, desired qualifications, telework, referral bonus, series. Those are substantive. Thus we will create sections: - About the role: include the overview paragraphs (everything before Major Duties). That includes eligibility, deadline, description of TTO, position level, location, division role, etc. - Responsibilities: the Major Duties list. - Requirements: Required Qualifications list. - Qualifications: Desired Qualifications list? Skills maybe not present; we could omit Skills section if no specific skills list besides those already in qualifications. But we have communication skills etc inside Required Qualifications. Might be okay to not have separate Skills. - Benefits: Telework and Referral bonus? Telework is a benefit; referral bonus is a negative (not eligible). Could include under Benefits. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content for Telework and Referral Bonus. Thus:
