Strategic Account PMO Lead

Responsibilities

• Guide multi-disciplinary programs from concept to commercialization
• Cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
• Oversee program execution and ensure regulatory compliance
• Facilitate successful product launches in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Establish and maintain program governance while managing budgets and resources
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Shape product roadmaps and advance innovation in life sciences and semiconductors

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree plus 6 years or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years in program management, ideally in the Drug Product Environment
• PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation preferred
• Strong track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery
• Experience in managing complex budgets and resource allocation across various projects
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Critical Chain, Stage Gate)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
