What You Will Do
Own and grow a portfolio of channel partners and direct customers, focusing on retention, adoption, and revenue expansion.
Build relationships with partners and customers, driving joint growth plans and enabling them to increase payment volume and revenue.
Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting performance insights and recommendations.
Manage data and reporting for your portfolio, analyzing payment volumes and providing feedback on new suppliers.
Communicate effectively with partners and customers, influencing the product roadmap based on feedback.
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Operations to ensure smooth transitions and a consistent experience.
Requirements
Five or more years of experience in customer-facing account management or partner management, preferably in payments, fintech, or B2B software.
Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and lead business reviews.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, able to manage multiple partners and customers simultaneously.
Experience with CRM and BI tools like Salesforce and BI platforms.
