What You'll Do
- Own and develop a focused set of strategic accounts
- Build multi-threaded relationships with executive stakeholders
- Drive long-cycle, complex enterprise deals
- Define and execute clear account strategies
- Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on the deals that matter most
- Expand accounts through structured land-and-expand motions
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in strategic sales
- Experience selling complex security, identity, or cloud solutions
- Track record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience working with executive buyers (CISO, CIO, etc.)
- Strong account planning and deal orchestration skills
Why This Role
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage volume. You'll own a small number of accounts that matter enormously, build relationships at the executive level, and directly influence how Oasis wins its most strategic deals.
