Straight Truck Delivery Driver - Stevens Point (3 AM - 11 AM) - No Weekends

About the role

As a Delivery Driver in Stevens Point, WI, you’ll be responsible for loading and driving a delivery vehicle on an established route to deliver products or render services, while also assisting with warehouse duties and representing Werner professionally.

Responsibilities

• Take direction from local Warehouse Supervisors to support business needs
• Perform deliveries (dedicated, standard routes, same day, pick‑ups, returns, etc.)
• Represent Werner in a professional manner
• Execute job duties and operate equipment according to Werner safety procedures
• Load and drive truck to deliver product to customer job sites, homes, or places of business
• Relay customer instructions to appropriate personnel
• Provide feedback to supervisor from the field
• Assist in warehouse with picking, packing, receiving, cutting wire, put away, general clean‑up, cycle counting, returns, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to utilize database software, inventory software, order‑processing systems, and word‑processing software
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to regularly lift/move 50‑75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75‑100 pounds

Pay

Starting wage: $19‑$21 per hour; $1,000 starting bonus plus up to $2,400 annual bonus potential; leveling and merit increase annually.

Schedule

Hours: 3:00 AM – 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
