Story Land - Student Dining Operations Supervisor (International)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversight of student dining location and assigned hosts
• Maintain accurate inventory and order requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment
• Plan and prepare student meals
• Ensure location remains clean and stocked
• Complete daily/weekly documentation
• Manage host corrective actions
• Coordinate lunch and break periods
• Communicate information between management and hosts
• Create enhanced dining experience
• Ensure compliance with health department and inspectors
• Report safety hazards and maintenance requests

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Punctual, reliable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work during slow periods
• Able to follow direction and communicate information
• Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance
• Able to perform daily tasks as outlined in SOPs
• Able to lift light loads and stand for prolonged periods
• Able to assist with trucks and deliveries
• Desire to have fun while creating memorable experiences
