What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a subject matter expert in stormwater and water resources, overseeing technical project delivery and design, scheduling, budgeting, and client management.
Supervise and direct teams of technical staff on complex projects.
Assist in training and technical development of staff through seminars and guidance.
Consult on technical challenges and provide independent reviews on project components.
Present project updates and technical information to clients and at public meetings.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline
- 8+ years of related experience in stormwater and water resources, including design and project management
- Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts or ability to obtain by reciprocity
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory frameworks and experience with regulatory interactions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
