About the role

Responsible for managing stormwater ponds and aquatic ecosystems, including monitoring water quality, conducting maintenance activities, and implementing conservation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor stormwater ponds and aquatic ecosystems
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of water quality
• Implement and oversee conservation projects to improve environmental health
• Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations
• Document findings and report progress to superiors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stormwater management or similar field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Knowledge of stormwater management practices
• Experience with aquatic ecosystem management
• Proficiency in GIS software
