What We're Looking For

• Have a valid driver's license with a good record

• Preferred: Experience in excavation, grading, dredging, or stormwater system work

Day-to-Day

Your role is hands-on and essential, operating heavy equipment to shape, repair, and maintain stormwater systems that protect communities and ecosystems. From preparing job sites and installing piping to performing erosion repairs and maintaining equipment, your work directly contributes to project success while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every step.

Work Schedule

• This is a full-time, travel-based position
• With a Tuesday–Monday (7 days on, 7 days off) rotation
• Followed by 7 consecutive days off
• Employees report to Thomasville, NC, and travel to job sites
• Lodging and per diem provided

Pay & Benefits

• Starts at $24.00+ per hour
• Guaranteed 80-hour biweekly paycheck
• Year-round employment

• PTO after 60 days, increasing up to 11 days after 10 years
• Extended holiday breaks: Thanksgiving (7 days off), Christmas (10–14 days off)
