Stormwater Aquatic and Mowing Crew Member

About the role

Triangle Pond Management is seeking a full-time Stormwater Crew Member to join our team in North Carolina. You’ll play a crucial landscaping role in helping communities and property owners maintain their stormwater assets, lakes, and ponds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of stormwater maintenance, including mowing and turf care around stormwater control measures
• Apply herbicides and remove invasive vegetation
• Clear grounds of trash and debris
• Inspect stormwater devices for functionality
• Maintain tools and equipment in top working order
• Participate in occasional repair projects
• Collaborate closely with the team to deliver outstanding results

Requirements

• Experience with landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry
• Experience using landscaping equipment such as mowers and hand tools
• Comfortable working outside in the elements for extended periods
• Highly organized and able to work within timelines
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills with team members
• Good team attitude with the ability to motivate others
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test

Pay

Competitive pay ranging from $18 – $22 per hour, based on experience and skill.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
