About the role

Our Assistant Store Managers partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operations, ensuring execution of Fossil’s brand standards.
• Fosters an engaging environment where people and performance thrive.
• Act as role models on the sales floor, coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable and help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
