Storeroom Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Storeroom Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves customer service, basic computer work, and operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and receive incoming materials.
• Pick orders, pull tickets, pack products, and prepare shipments.
• Stock and organize materials in designated locations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Update inventory records, close purchase orders (POs), and use email and spreadsheets.
• Assist customers and resolve order-related questions.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is helpful; training may be provided.
• Basic computer skills, customer service abilities, and basic math skills.
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and a safety-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Steel-toe shoes with leather uppers required.
