Responsibilities

• Properly receive and store all food and food-related items delivered to the storeroom following documented standards*
• Flag all product issues immediately to the delivery person, manager, and chef to reconcile counts and/or quality*
• Fill requisitions and ensure food, beverage, and related items are delivered as requested*
• Maintain secure storage areas and restrict unauthorized personnel to protect assets*
• Prepare for and accurately execute periodic inventories*
• Communicate concerns about product, process, or personnel to the Storeroom Lead, Storeroom Manager, or Chef for prompt resolution*
• Assist with daily inventories and orders in Eatec (or other ordering platforms), transmit and place orders by phone to maintain appropriate pars for business levels*
• Clean and maintain organization for all storeroom areas, including refrigerators, freezers, dry storage, and receiving area*
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Valid PA driver’s license (required to drive company vehicle)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in storeroom operations
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (heavy lifting required)
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• Must adhere to proper lifting practices
• Proper footwear must be provided by the employee

Schedule

• Start time varies from 5 AM to 11 AM
• This is a union position; work schedule is based on union seniority
• Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required
