STORE & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid customers with product needs and answer their questions
• Cash out customers using the register system, stock the store, and load store customers
• Handle product orders, merchandise items, and place vendor orders directly for the store
• Load and unload bagged feeds and related products for customers in the warehouse
• Operate all equipment safely and adhere to all safety rules
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and loading areas
• Perform other duties as directed by Store Management

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Capable of lifting 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
• Strong work history
• Exceptional customer service skills are required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including under supervision
• Experience with animals, retail, and agriculture is preferred
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
