Your Store Journey Starts Here. Our Stores Team Members are the heart of the customer experience. Each day, you bring a friendly attitude, help customers find the gear that fuels their adventures, share your passion for sports and the outdoors, and keep the store looking sharp and ready for customers. Pay
Targeted Pay Range: $15 - $23.00 per hour. The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, certifications, and position offered. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
