As a Store Team Lead at Wild Fork, you will support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring store objectives are met. You will foster collaboration, bring innovative strategies to increase productivity, and provide a Personal Chef experience to all guests while training sales leaders to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience – Deliver best-in-class customer service and a Personal Chef shopping experience. Serve as a subject matter expert in all product categories, train team members, and act as a Brand Ambassador. Handle customer complaints in partnership with Customer Service and QA, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Leading People – Conduct on-the-job training for new hires, ensuring they complete onboarding, product knowledge training, and understand company tools and goals. Collaborate with the Store Manager (SSL) to schedule shadowing and training for new joiners. Lead continuous training programs and promote efficient processes. Attend marketing and product training calls, and ensure all employees receive training on upcoming campaigns. Evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
• Operational Excellence – Assist the SSL in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers. Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and inventory. Track progress toward weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Serve as the SSL’s support in their absence, monitoring sales, KPIs, inventory, and operational tasks. Maintain store inventory and communicate product availability to the team and customers. Execute other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant (required).
• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership or management experience in retail, grocery, or high-volume customer service (required).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to customers and flexible to business needs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate with the SSL on implementing new ideas and work with integrity toward a shared vision.

Skills

• Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Order Management Systems, and Microsoft Office (preferred).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (e.g., walk-in freezers).
• Stand/walk for up to 8–10 hours.
• Frequent movement within the store to access various departments and products.

Pay

Hourly compensation starting at $23, with monthly bonus potential.

Schedule

Full-time, flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
