Store Supervisor - Evening
About the role
Be a leader by example to our store team members with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You’ll all work together to engage customers with hospitality in all aspects of their experience at a Sheetz. If our customers are happy, then you will be, too.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
- Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
- Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
- Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
- Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
Qualifications
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- The ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)
