Store Supervisor - Colchester, CT

About the role

This role supervises day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures to mitigate risk and protect the Bank and Customers. This role will drive, reinforce, and demonstrate meeting Operational, Customer and Sales objectives. In the absence of any other manager, the role is expected to manage the Store and have the ability to run the teller side, platform, and Customer escalations. The role supports driving a team in acquiring, retaining and deepening relationships by reinforcing sales & advice activities that create personalized, connected experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures
• Mitigate risk and protect the Bank and Customers
• Drive, reinforce, and demonstrate meeting Operational, Customer and Sales objectives
• Manage the Store in the absence of any other manager
• Run the teller side, platform, and Customer escalations
• Drive a team in acquiring, retaining and deepening relationships
• Reinforce sales & advice activities that create personalized, connected experiences

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise day-to-day team activities
• Knowledge of operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures
• Ability to manage a Store and run teller side, platform, and customer escalations
• Capability to drive sales and advice activities
• Experience in acquiring, retaining and deepening customer relationships

Pay

$24.00 - $33.50 USD. The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

Schedule

40 hours per week.
